- Start where you are - are you preoccupied mainly with work problems? Or is it your home life, health and wellbeing, or a particular relationship that concerns you? Or does it feel more generalised, like it affects all aspects of your world? For instance, feeling anxious, over sensitive, or a lack of self confidence.
- Once you have a sense of the starting point, think about where you would like to end up. Is it with greater resilience? More self awareness? Or self belief? Would it be in a new career? Or with a promotion? Do you want to feel more confident? Or better able to delegate? Gain more emotional intelligence? Understand how to work with all the disparate personalities in the team? Improve your communication style?... What's the general outcome you would like to achieve?
